Home to three splendid 18-hole Arabella Golf Courses; Son Vida Championship, Son Muntaner and Son Quint and 9-hole Son Quint Pitch & Putt, the 5* luxury Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel is a popular golf break base in Mallorca, Spain.
As well as the hotel is adjacent to Arabella Golf Courses, it has easy access to some of the best golf courses in the island. All three courses of the hotel have different characters and levels for all players to experience exciting games of golf. Located just 20 minutes from the Palma de Mallorca Airport and 10 minutes from the centre of Palma, the hotel highlights its privileged position throughout the island.
Accommodation
The accommodation options of the newly renovated hotel are well-appointed rooms and suites. The Mediterranean style modern guestrooms are complemented with comfortable furnishing. All of the guestrooms feature balcony or terraces (except Superior Room). They boast enchanting garden, pool or golf course views. Overlooking the 18th hole of the Son Vida Golf Course through its terrace, the exquisite Hole in One Suite is a perfect choice for golf enthusiasts. Gastronomy & Beverages
Decorated in warm colours, the main restaurant of the hotel, Es Carbó is open for breakfast and dinner serving Mediterranean cuisine with central European dishes. The tapas restaurant of the hotel La Bodega del Green is open for lunch and dinner and serves typical Spanish bodega style dishes in an atmosphere that reflect Spanish and Andalusian culture. Located in the lobby area, Bar 18+uno is a small yet magnificent bar offering coffee all day long and cocktails in the evening. This is a perfect place to gather and unwind with a drink while discussing your rounds on the course. Serving snacks and pastry in the morning, Link Café is ideal to visit when you feel like having a quick bite. Please note that the availability of restaurants and bars may change seasonally.

This is the oldest course on the island dating back to 1964 and, underwent a revamp, back in 2000. The course is quite hilly and affords panoramic views to the Bay and city of Palma.
The smallish greens and fairways require accuracy and one of the standout holes must be the par 5, 6th, the so-called "Cathedral Hole", downhill all the way.
Its fairways run through the prestigious estate of Son Vida, with spectacular views over the Bay of Palma, and in the midst of an old tree population, which gives you a feeling of tradition and comfort.
The technical design of the course, the speed of the greens and the continuous obstacles are demanding an intelligent golf playing strategy to be victorious and successful on this course – and of course – to entertain golf beginners.
Its stunning 18th hole par 5 with a second shot over the water for sure will be a temptation among the more adventurous golfers.
The Son Vida golf course has hosted two events of the European Tour, the Balearic Open in 1990 (with the exciting victory of Seve Ballesteros in a play-off) and the Balearic Open in 1994 (with Barry Lanes victory).

An extraordinary design and greens that offer continuous challenges to all its players
Opened in 2000, Son Muntaner has only recently been open to non members and is well worth a visit. Ideal for golfers of all abilities as the wide fairways make the course quite forgiving. Longer than its sister course, Son Vida, the greens are more generous too making the onus on good club selection to avoid three putting. Water comes into play on three holes and, overall, it is superbly manicured with flowers in bloom throughout the year.
Located in a unique spot between the mountain chain of “Na Burguesa” and the Bay of Palma, surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean environment, Son Muntaner offers for golf enthusiasts a wide range of strokes, and is in fact a real challenge for every player independent of the handicap. A special design, remarkable greens and an eye for the detail is fascinating for every golf player who visits the Island.
At hole 15 you discover 'Na Capitana', the 1000 year old olive tree, unique on the island, and landmarked by the local Government of Palma de Mallorca.
In 2009 Son Muntaner hosted the “Mallorca Skins Game”, with famous players as José María Olozábal, Justin Rose, Martin Kaymer and Robert Karlsson.
Son Muntaner has a driving range, a putting green and a pitching area.

Son Quint is the youngest golf course of the island, inagurated in 2007. The long and open course allows a more extensive game, which makes members and beginners more than happy.
The New Son Quint Golf Club is situated adjacent to the Son Vida urbanisation and hence only two minutes away from the hotels, Arabella Sheraton Golf Hotel and The Son Vida and Son Muntaner Golf Courses. The distance to Palma City center 10 minutes. A free of charge shuttle service takes guests from the three hotels on a regular schedule to the golf course.
Perched high on the hillside the course provides you with splendid views. From tee 8, you see the the Bay of Palma and the wonderful Cathedral, the old town´s landmark. A wide range of native vegetation gives you the feeling of an authentic, characteristic and Mediterranean atmosphere at this modern and elegant course.
